What we do
Hub 68 has been established to provide multidisciplinary medical services and a new home for healthcare for the bayside suburbs of Brisbane and beyond. Our “one stop” model aims to establish Hub68 as a center of excellence for health care and research incorporating all aspects of medical care including general practice, allied health, medical specialist, day surgery, inpatient care and assisted living for the NDIS and elderly.
Hub68 will also provide a first for Australia incorporating a hub for community groups and transport facilities to encourage engagement and prevent social isolation. Located in a beautiful bayside location the future needs of the community are anticipated and planned for with a staged development that ensure the needs of the community are provided for years to come.
Hub 68 is located in Delancey Street Ormiston and is already functioning as a large private medical facility with an established General Practice, Specialist Centre and allied health facilities. It is centrally located within the Redlands City and has ample parking, café, gym facilities and sufficient land for expansion to support our vision for the future.
Our Future
Our plan is to develop a new home for healthcare for Redlands City and surrounding areas in SE Qld. Our proposal is forecast to generate around 2,880 direct and indirect full-time equivalent (FTE) jobs and contribute around $355 million directly and indirectly to Gross Regional Product in the construction phase. It is estimated that the proposal would provide around 826 FTE jobs in the operational phase.
The private hospital is in the early stages of planning and development and we are hoping to turn sod in 2023.
