The precinct will provide a modern facility in a preferred bayside location enabling an excellent lifestyle with local schooling facilities that reward dedication & commitment. Leasing & strata title options will be available to cater for the various stages of career progression.
A New Home for Medical & Research
With 47.4% of the region's population expected to be aged 50+ by 2041, Hub68 will be at the forefront of research into anti-aging technology. Hub68 will promote the research goals of our local specialists & attract sponsorship from local & multinational companies.
Local & international research groups have already expressed interest in this facility with novel & exciting avenues of exploration as diverse as medicinal cannabis & anti-aging research.
A New Home for Residential Aged Care
