An Experienced & Commited Team
The Hub68 Team was formed out of frustration with the lack of investment in local medical infrastructure. Each director shares a common goal of providing infrastructure that not only caters to existing demand but also creates a world-class medical & research hub that provides genuine career progression & professional stimulation for health experts.

Commercial Director
Warren Pryde
Warren is a local businessman & operator of several small businesses in Redland City. He has successfully delivered multiple pieces of infrastructure across many different sectors including large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Having called Redland City home for more than 35 years, his passion for the community along with his commercial expertise means he's well-positioned to steer the Hub68 team through what is an ever-changing commercial landscape.

Project Director
Michael Choi OAM
Michael is an engineer, project manager and an entrepreneur with a proven history of delivering projects on time and on budget. He was also the Queensland State Member of Parliament for Capalaba from 2001-2012.
Being a local businessman, his connections and multiple skills developed during the various phases of his professional career make him an invaluable member of our team. His leadership skills and familiarity with the process required to navigate a project of this complexity and magnitude ensure timely delivery of each step along the way.

Medical Director
Dr Craig McCombe
A local GP since 2001, he has first hand experience of local medical needs. He provides real world advice regarding each stage of our project and is currently working at The Redlands General Practice located within Hub68. A passionate advocate for enhanced local medical services to cater for need he has decided to take practical steps to rectify the situation rather than continue to wish that somebody else would.
